About The Position

Store Associates deliver Lidl’s customer shopping experience and participate in many aspects of store operations, rather than focusing only on stocking or cashiering. Duties include stocking, cleaning, bakery operations, and non-food merchandising. Successful associates are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, receptive to different ways of working, and use open communication and feedback to support professional development. They contribute to Lidl’s goal of providing high-quality, low-price, hassle-free shopping.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products weighing over 50 pounds.
Ability to reach above the head to heights greater than 10 inches.
Flexibility to start an early shift at 5 a.m. or finish a late shift at 11 p.m., including weekends.
Positive attitude when priorities change.
Friendly communication style with team members and customers.
Drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Unpack stock deliveries at a quick pace.
Provide excellent customer service at the registers and throughout the store, answering questions and helping customers locate items.
Keep the store clean and organized, including the parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse.
Learn and complete tasks in the bakery, produce area, and weekly promotional setup.
Communicate clearly with management and colleagues and work as a team player to complete tasks as needed.
