About The Position

Store Associates deliver Lidl’s customer shopping experience by contributing to all areas of store operations. The work includes stocking, cleaning, bakery operations, non-food merchandising, customer service, and other tasks. Successful associates work well in a fast-paced environment, remain open to different ways of doing business, communicate with colleagues and management, and welcome feedback as part of professional development. They are committed to providing customers with high-quality, low-price, hassle-free shopping.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products weighing more than 50 pounds.
Ability to reach above the head to heights greater than 10 inches.
Flexibility to start an early shift at 5 a.m. or finish a late shift at 11 p.m., including weekends.
Positive attitude when priorities change.
Friendly communication style with team members and customers.
Motivation to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Unpack stock as deliveries arrive while maintaining a quick pace.
Provide excellent customer service at registers and throughout the store, including answering questions and helping customers locate items.
Keep the store clean and organized throughout the shift, including the parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse.
Learn and complete tasks in the bakery, produce area, and weekly promotional setup.
Communicate clearly with management and colleagues and work as a team to complete tasks as needed.
