Full Time Store Associate (Days & Nights) - Scottsdale

About The Position

The Store Associate provides outstanding customer service, maintains a clean and safe environment, accurately processes customer checkouts, efficiently stocks products, and works collaboratively with the store team. The position is full-time, with a schedule that may vary based on business needs. The listed day/night shift hours are 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, and the position may require evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Three or more months of retail experience preferred; food service experience is a plus.
Must be able to communicate in English; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Must be able to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds onto shelving of various heights.
Must regularly use industrial ladders, including moving, climbing, and stocking shelves while on ladders.
Must be flexible and willing to work department demands, which may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service through engagement activities in the store.
Perform general cleaning and help maintain a safe environment.
Process customer purchases and accurately balance the cash drawer.
Stock shelves and maintain product presentation using material-handling equipment.
Maintain accurate product pricing and signage.
Participate in store inventory counts and opening and closing procedures.
Work in cold environments.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
