Full Time Store Associate (Days & Nights)

About The Position

The Store Associate provides outstanding customer service, maintains a clean and safe environment, accurately processes customer checkouts, efficiently stocks products, and works collaboratively with the store team. The role includes day and night shifts, with a listed schedule of 7:00 AM–7:00 PM that may vary based on business needs. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Three or more months of retail experience preferred; food service experience is a plus.
Must be able to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.
Must occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds onto shelving at various heights.
Must regularly use industrial ladders, including moving, climbing, and stocking shelves while on them.
Must be flexible and willing to meet department needs, which may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service through all store engagement activities.
Perform general cleaning duties and help maintain a safe environment.
Process customer purchases and accurately balance the cash drawer.
Keep shelves stocked and maintain product presentation using material handling equipment.
Maintain accurate product pricing and signage.
Participate in store inventory counts and opening and closing procedures.
Work in cold environments.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
