About The Position

The Store Associate provides friendly, efficient customer service and supports daily store operations at an ALDI location in Staten Island, New York. The role includes processing purchases and cash transactions, assisting with curbside pickup orders, stocking and displaying merchandise, handling deliveries and inventory, and keeping the store clean and safe. Associates work independently and collaboratively across multiple store functions to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of recent retail experience. Candidates must have open availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay is USD $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Support multiple store functions, including cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and merchandise handling.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with curbside pickup orders.
