About The Position

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an outgoing, helpful, and passionate Store Associate to represent the brand and support customers in a vibrant, positive environment. The company provides sunbed tanning, sunless tanning, wellness services, and premium skincare. This role is part-time, with an expected schedule of 15–30 hours per week and flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Compensation is $11.00–$14.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to work 15–30 hours per week with flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Retail or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and consistently track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
