About The Position

The Store Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. It helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and executes the food program. The Assistant Manager sets a positive example for staff and demonstrates urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.
