About The Position

The Store Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff on daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising while maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for executing the food program, setting a positive example for staff, and demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
