About The Position

The Store Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work alongside staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and executes the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and setting a positive example through urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
