About The Position

The Store Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and is expected to maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.

The role also involves executing the food program, caring for customers, and setting an example for the team through urgency, patience, and leadership. The position requires overnight availability, including weekdays and weekends.

• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
