About The Position

The Store Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. It helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, while executing the food program. The Assistant Manager sets an example for staff through customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership, and is expected to maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
