About The Position
Town Pump is looking for a motivated and outgoing Store Assistant Deli Manager to join our team at our new Belgrade location. Town Pump is a growing company with ever-increasing opportunities for career growth. As a Store Assistant Deli Manager, you will assist the Deli Manager and/or Store Manager in supervisory decisions consistent with Town Pump standards, policies, and procedures. This role involves assisting in planning, leadership, organization, and follow-ups with controllable expenses, sales increases, food costs, and shortage controls. You will set the proper example for co-workers in terms of professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in customer service and store operations. You will also interact with the public, providing exceptional customer service, prepare deli items and cook heated items, order and maintain deli merchandise, and uphold the highest quality standards in food preparation and sanitation procedures. Effectively prioritizing, organizing, delegating, and following up on shift tasks is crucial. You will be responsible for the security of all store assets, control of cost inventories, and store maintenance, including basic repairs of deli equipment. You will also assist clerks and managers as needed and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Responsibilities

- Effectively prioritize, organize, delegate, and follow up on shift tasks to be accomplished.

- Assist clerks and managers as needed.
