About The Position
Town Pump is looking for a motivated and outgoing Store Grocery Manager to join their team for a new Belgrade location. Town Pump is a growing company with increasing opportunities for career growth. The Store Grocery Manager will lead and support a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, manage merchandising and inventory, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a high-performing team through training, coaching, and development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.
- Manage merchandising, displays, promotions, and product placement to maximize sales.
- Oversee inventory ordering, receiving, stocking, and product rotation.
- Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and promotional materials throughout the store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor programs, and operational standards.
- Keep the store clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready to serve customers every day.
