About The Position

Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Stockroom/Inventory Clerk to support manufacturing operations at its Elevator Controls team in Sacramento, California. The role handles incoming and outgoing materials, inventory records, order processing, material organization and delivery, and related stockroom activities. It is a full-time, on-site position during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Read and process customer orders, work orders, shipping requests, and requisitions.
Inspect received materials for accuracy and discrepancies, including damaged or unmarked parts.
Process and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) according to established procedures.
Label and organize materials using appropriate identification methods.
Record inventory movements using company software.
Transfer materials from storage areas to designated locations.
Verify and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
Assemble kits and deliver materials to requesting departments as needed.
Operate a forklift to transport materials and elevator controllers.
Report defective or questionable product conditions to the Production Supervisor or Team Lead.
Assist with physical inventory counts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
