About The Position

Responsible for material handling and distribution. The Stockkeeper B maintains material stock safely, orderly, and accessibly; performs required transactions in SAP using handheld RF scan guns or a computer; follows stock replenishment and rotation methods; and keeps parts accurately identified. The position participates in physical inventories, follows warehouse safety rules, and may take on additional responsibilities in support of the Company's RISE Strategy. Rotating shifts may be required. The role is based at Lincoln Electric’s Euclid location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous material-handling background or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Excellent safety and attendance record.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Service-minded approach.
• Ability to use computer-related SAP systems and Outlook if required.
• Willingness to accept transfer within the department as necessary and cross-train as directed by the manager.
• Capable of standing, walking, and driving a forklift for up to 12 hours.
• Capable of frequently lifting up to 60 pounds; maximum infrequent lift of 100 pounds and repetitive lift of 60 pounds.

• Maintain proper stock rotation and housekeeping requirements.
• Ensure accurate and clear identification of parts.
• Participate in physical inventories.
• Follow all warehouse safety rules.
• Accept transfers within the department and cross-train as directed by the manager.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's RISE Strategy.
