About The Position

The Stocking & Wholesale Fulfillment Group Lead supports the Fulfillment Center in stocking and Wholesale Fulfillment operations. The role is highly versatile, with responsibilities that may change day to day. The associate uses prior powered-equipment experience to meet stocking demands safely and efficiently and applies knowledge of fulfillment systems and processes, including waving, replenishment, picking, shortage investigation, value-added services (VAS), routing, manifesting, and shipping. The role requires consistently accurate inventory work and hands-on support of operations. The position performs and monitors receiving and stocking, supports the daily flow of Wholesale Fulfillment, and maintains a safety-first approach throughout the Fulfillment Center. It also requires cross-training across departments, supporting company sale events, providing day-to-day leadership and motivation while personally performing work, and meeting merchandise and shipping deadlines. Although this is a Group Lead role, it is not supervisory; Wholesale Fulfillment Associates report to the Wholesale Fulfillment managerial team. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Overtime requires advance approval, and flexible additional hours may be needed during peak periods. Saturday availability is required. The position is eligible for overtime and standard company benefits.
