About The Position

The Stocking & Wholesale Fulfillment Group Lead supports the fulfillment center in stocking and wholesale fulfillment operations. The role is versatile, with daily tasks that may change based on operational needs. It requires maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, using powered equipment safely, and understanding warehouse systems and wholesale fulfillment processes. The position is hands-on and provides instruction and guidance to associates, but it is not a supervisory role; Wholesale Fulfillment Associates report to the Wholesale Fulfillment managerial team. Wholesale fulfillment duties include waving orders, printing and distributing labels or tasks, completing replenishment assignments, overseeing the picking floor, assisting with value-added services and shipping flow, checking for unconfirmed cartons, and researching shortages. The Group Lead supports inventory and wholesale fulfillment management and takes the lead during later hours, preparing for each day by understanding priorities and expected order flow. The position requires cross-training and assistance across fulfillment center departments, including picking, packing, returns, VAS, e-commerce, receiving, stocking, employee sales, and perpetual inventory counting.
