Seasonal Stocking / Fulfillment Associate
About The Position
This seasonal role supports store merchandising and online business operations while helping provide a positive shopping experience. Team members maximize product inventory by processing and organizing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, fulfilling online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery. Sales, front-end, and other duties may also be assigned as needed. The role is referred to internally as Merchandiser and reports to the store management team. Seasonal employment is short term, no longer than six months, with the option to apply for a non-seasonal role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience; at least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to walk, bend repeatedly, and remain on feet for 8–10 hours per day.
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds overhead repeatedly.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Process freight; organize and distribute inventory; pull and stock merchandise; build displays and end caps; and place signage.
- Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
- Drive and make deliveries if assigned, including loading and delivering orders safely and professionally while following company procedures and traffic and safety laws.
- Greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services to provide exceptional, personalized service.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to develop product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
- Follow applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and help maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
