About The Position

The Stocking Clerk is an entry-level team member responsible for stocking food and grocery products and helping keep store operations running smoothly. The role supports an exceptional customer shopping experience through accurate, timely shelf replenishment, an organized work area, and friendly customer interactions as needed. The position includes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead and may include other tasks that support store operations.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
