About The Position

The Stocking Clerk keeps the store running smoothly by ensuring shelves are stocked for customers and supporting store operations. The role involves stocking food and grocery products, moving products from pallets or carts to shelf locations, handling backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The position works overnight shifts and includes customer interactions as needed.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
