About The Position

As a Fashion Associate at Reitmans, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to create a welcoming, customer-first environment. You will assist customers, including in the fitting room, and process transactions at the cash desk, helping make each interaction positive and memorable. The role includes maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor and using product knowledge and current promotions to support sales and store performance.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to create a welcoming, engaging experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion, a good sense of style, and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
