About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and customer engagement, you build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage customer loyalty. The role includes helping maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space and is broader than cashiering. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They engage customers in friendly, personal conversations, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Teamwork, honesty, care, collaboration, and ongoing improvement support customer service and store results. This is a part-time role. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
