About The Position
Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and create a fun, memorable shopping experience for customers. Seasonal associates learn Squishable products and use that knowledge to provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.
Requirements
- Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail experience; pop-up, promotional, or boutique experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
- Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
- Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
