About The Position

Squishable’s Seasonal Retail Sales Associates serve as brand ambassadors, learning the company’s products and using their communication skills to provide excellent customer service. The role is seasonal, supporting the store during the holiday season from November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
