About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate promotes the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing an enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role involves engaging with customers, supporting sales goals, providing product knowledge and fashion advice, and helping maintain the store. Associates work collaboratively and professionally while modeling the company’s values. The position is seasonal and located at Polaris Fashion Place.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Understand customers’ personal styles when offering fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to help meet customers’ needs.
• Assist with daily store opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
