About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store beautiful by organizing merchandise and ensuring it is properly placed on the sales floor. Working with your team, you contribute to personalized customer experiences and an inviting sales-floor environment. The role involves listening to customers’ needs, sharing product knowledge and styling recommendations, and using brand behaviors and personalized service to build loyalty. You uphold visual and operational standards, use technology and available tools to support seamless omnichannel shopping, and work with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations. You also build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

Requirements

Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
