About The Position

The Stocking Clerk is an entry-level team member responsible for stocking food and grocery products, maintaining organized shelves and back-room areas, and helping provide an exceptional shopping experience. The role involves hands-on retail work, customer service, merchandising, and coordination with store leadership. It includes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead, with other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
