About The Position

The Stocking Clerk is an entry-level team member responsible for keeping store shelves stocked and helping maintain smooth store operations. The role involves stocking food and grocery products, organizing assigned areas, and supporting a clean, safe work environment. Team members provide friendly customer interactions when needed and may assist with other tasks as operations require. This position works overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
