About The Position

This entry-level team member position at Meijer is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. In the stocking work described, the team member keeps shelves stocked and the store prepared for customers, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The position includes overnight shifts and may support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
