About The Position

This entry-level team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The posting also describes stocking work, including keeping shelves stocked, moving products to shelf locations, clearing backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Team members work with leadership and support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
Perform retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising.
Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
