About The Position

This entry-level team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The posting also describes stocking-clerk duties, including keeping shelves stocked and the store ready for customers, moving products to shelf locations, organizing backstock and waste, and working overnight shifts. Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising.
Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
