About The Position

TOTEME is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor for its Melrose Avenue store in Los Angeles. This is a fixed-term parental leave cover role, starting as soon as possible and expected to continue through May 2027. The Stock Supervisor manages back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory control, and supports the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. The role collaborates with Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams and reports directly to the Store Manager.

The position is based at TOTEME’s Los Angeles store. Compensation ranges from $22 to $25 per hour before tax, depending on the applicant’s profile, skills, and previous experience. Employees are expected to understand TOTEME’s sustainability commitments and contribute to responsible business practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, with the ability to create efficient workflows.
• Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and resolve challenges with a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Adaptable and open-minded, with a collaborative and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and keep the stockroom organized.
• Receive, process, and organize incoming stock.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.
• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.
• Monitor and contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
• Execute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, both independently and as part of a team.
• Serve as a point of contact between the store and cross-functional departments.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
• Support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor.
