Stock Supervisor - Parental Leave cover
About The Position
TOTEME is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor for its Melrose Avenue store in Los Angeles. This is a fixed-term parental leave cover expected to run through May 2027, starting as soon as possible. The role is responsible for managing back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory control, while supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. The Stock Supervisor collaborates with the Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams and reports directly to the Store Manager. TOTEME is a fashion house founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From its atelier in Stockholm, the company creates women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry. TOTEME is a certified B Corporation and expects employees to understand its sustainability commitments and contribute to responsible business practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Highly organized, with the ability to create efficient workflows.
- Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask and resolve challenges with a calm, solution-focused approach.
- Adaptable and open-minded, with a collaborative and positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the stockroom is always organized.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming stock.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.
- Support the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.
- Monitor and contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
- Execute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, independently and as part of a team.
- Serve as a point of contact between the store and cross-functional departments.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
