Part Time Stock Runner - NYC (15h)
About The Position
Jimmy Fairly is hiring a part-time Stock Runner to support its Manhattan retail team two days per week, Saturday and Sunday. The Stock Runner helps keep the team moving during busy periods by ensuring products are available when needed, maintaining an organised stockroom, and assisting with deliveries and day-to-day operations. The role works closely with Sales Associates, Licensed Opticians, and the leadership team to support an efficient retail operation and an elevated client experience. It is a fast-paced, hands-on position that calls for organisation, initiative, responsiveness, and flexibility.

- Previous retail, hospitality, or stockroom experience is helpful but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the retail team during busy weekends and high-traffic periods.
- Quickly and efficiently retrieve stock, frames, and products for the sales team.
- Anticipate stock needs and respond promptly to requests to keep the team moving smoothly.
- Support the team in delivering a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Keep stock areas organised, tidy, and easy to navigate.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organising deliveries.
- Locate, replenish, and return stock accurately throughout the day.
- Handle products carefully and return them to the correct location.
- Support regular stock checks and help maintain accurate inventory.
- Keep stockroom and back-of-house areas clean, organised, and efficient.
- Move stock between the stockroom and retail floor as needed.
- Help maintain a polished retail environment during busy periods.
- Be proactive, flexible, and ready to support the wider team where needed.
