About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive Stock Replenishment Coworkers to help make a difference in the communities it serves. Stock Replenishment Coworkers keep stores organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a great shopping experience for guests. The position is at Kwik Trip 415, with a variable shift. The full pay range is $14.82 to $19.27; actual pay depends on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
