About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to help make a difference in the communities it serves. Stock Replenishment Coworkers keep stores organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a great shopping experience for guests. The role is at Kwik Trip 117 and has a variable shift. Pay ranges from $14.50 to $18.04, with actual pay based on qualifications, skills, competencies, role proficiency, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability.
