About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to serve as Stock Replenishment Coworkers. The role helps keep stores organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a great shopping experience for guests. The position is at Kwik Trip 836 and has a variable shift. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.04; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. The company shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability.
