About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to help make a difference in the communities it serves. Stock Replenishment Coworkers keep stores organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a great shopping experience for guests. The role is based at Kwik Trip 630, has a variable shift, and primarily involves working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The full pay range is $13.87 to $18.04; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered.
