About The Position
The Part-Time Stock Coordinator keeps store operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role manages inventory and supports store readiness for customers by handling shipments, organizing and stocking the back store, and assisting with daily operational and visual setup needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the retail or service industry.
- Deep interest in fashion.
- Customer-first approach and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to remain on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
- Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
- Follow loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
- Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the sales floor and back store, and helping with visual setup.
