About The Position
The Stock Coordinator keeps the store’s behind-the-scenes operations running smoothly by managing inventory and helping ensure the store is ready for customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role supports the flow of products and daily store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the retail or service industry.
- Deep interest in fashion.
- Customer-first attitude and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
- Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
- Follow loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
- Support daily operations, including restocking, moving products between the sales floor and back store, and helping with visual setup.
