About The Position
The Stock Coordinator supports store operations by managing inventory and ensuring the store is ready for customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role handles shipments, maintains an organized and stocked back store, and supports daily restocking, product movement, and visual setup. This position is part-time and requires availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the retail or service industry.
- Deep interest in fashion.
- Customer-first approach and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
- Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
- Follow loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
- Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the sales floor and back store, and helping with visual setup.
