About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. Helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club by removing trash and debris. Supports club policies, procedures, compliance, member service, safety, and daily club standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.

• Continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; may need to lift or move heavy or awkward objects weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequently position oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food; ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain product display signage, create labels or apply sales tags, and ensure labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Deliver service excellence, address and deescalate member concerns, and help ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Work with the team to meet daily GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department and understand how consistent execution affects the business.
