About The Position

As a Stock Associate, you help ensure smooth store operations behind the scenes. You receive and replenish products efficiently on the sales floor, maintain an organized stock room, package customer orders promptly, and assist with other tasks as needed. You contribute to an inclusive, collaborative environment centered on product passion and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while completing tasks.
• Show initiative and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining an organized stock room.
• Learn and use the store’s shipment systems and comply with merchandise handling guidelines.
• Maintain presentation standards and act in a manner aligned with brand values.
• Support the store team in exceeding selling and service expectations for customers.
• Receive and replenish products efficiently on the sales floor.
• Package customer orders promptly and assist with other tasks as required.
