About The Position
Stock Associates control the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor. They receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise. They also support the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed. The role requires an engaging, service-oriented personality; enthusiasm for meeting new people; organization and efficient task completion; thoughtfulness; and self-motivation and interest in personal growth and development. Flexible availability is required to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. The position may require bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds. The company states that, if eligible, associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage; term life insurance; paid vacation and holidays; and a 401(k) with company match. Associates are eligible for a discount on Catalyst Brands merchandise. Eligible associates receive eight paid holidays per calendar year, and store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation. The stated pay range is USD $11.00–$13.75 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Assist in making sales goals by consistently executing merchandise-flow routines.
- Process merchandise deliveries according to the store delivery schedule.
- Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
- Work with management to execute floor sets.
- Ensure store merchandising and operations standards are consistently met.
- Assist with the physical inventory process.
- Support the store management team with shortage-reduction measures.
- Model the values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
- Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.
