About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and contributes to achieving company goals. The role represents the Lane Bryant brand by sharing product, fit, and fashion knowledge, building customer relationships, and integrating the omnichannel experience. Associates also support store operations, prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs, protect company assets, and maintain a safe work environment. This is a regular, part-time position at the Tanger Outlets store in Foley, Alabama.

Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions, and occasionally move or adjust items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Ability to occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs, signs, and similar items using a ladder up to 12 feet.
