About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Tanger Outlets Riverhead, you will support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and achieving business results. You will help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and foster a positive environment that engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The role involves supporting sales growth, demonstrating product knowledge and selling skills, building customer relationships, maintaining merchandising and operational standards, and carrying out assigned tasks. On designated shifts, you will perform point-of-sale transactions and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The position may require occasional travel to other store locations. Physical duties include bending, lifting, opening, and moving product and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

The pay range is USD $17.75 to $24.00 per hour. If eligible, benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, term life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Associates are eligible for a merchandise discount. Eligible store hourly associates working on designated holidays receive additional compensation.
