About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Tanger Outlets Riverhead, you support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and delivering business results. You share responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store, while helping create a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The position reports to the Store Manager.

The role involves supporting sales growth, demonstrating product knowledge and selling and operational skills, engaging customers to build relationships and brand loyalty, and helping ensure consistent merchandising and operational standards. You may perform point-of-sale transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

The pay range is USD $17.75–$24.00 per hour. Eligible associates may receive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; term life insurance; paid vacation and holidays; a 401(k) with company match; and an associate discount on Catalyst Brands merchandise. Associates eligible for paid vacation are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year. Store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation. Benefit eligibility requirements apply.
