About The Position

As a Stock Associate, you support smooth behind-the-scenes store operations by efficiently receiving and replenishing products on the sales floor and maintaining an organized stock room. You package customer orders promptly and assist with other tasks as needed. The role contributes to exceptional customer experiences in an inclusive, collaborative environment centered on product passion.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, innovate and champion new ideas, and navigate uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining an organized stock room.
• Learn the store shipment systems and comply with merchandise handling guidelines.
• Maintain presentation standards and act in a manner aligned with brand values.
• Support the store team in exceeding customer selling and service expectations.
• Package customer orders promptly and assist with other tasks as required.
