About The Position

The Stock Associate supports store operations by processing merchandise for the selling floor, maintaining inventory and shipping supplies in the stock room, and handling inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time. In partnership with the Stock Coordinator, the associate helps keep storage areas neat, orderly, and accessible. The role also involves participating in store meetings, preparing reports, and communicating inventory questions or discrepancies. The associate contributes to a welcoming store environment and provides guests with product knowledge and service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of guest service and stock experience.
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with numbers.
• Ability to collaborate, identify opportunities, and take initiative.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling; frequent ladder climbing; and standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise to the selling floor and replenish the floor with inventory.
• Provide product knowledge to guests.
• Work with the Stock Coordinator on daily stock room operations and maintain neat, orderly shipping supplies and accessible storage for incoming and outbound products.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and promptly according to Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Participate in store-related meetings.
• Generate reports and communicate inventory-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as required to support the business.
