About The Position

The Stock Associate supports store operations by processing merchandise and shipments, replenishing the selling floor, and maintaining an organized stock room. Working in partnership with the Stock Coordinator, this role helps ensure inventory and shipping supplies are handled accurately and efficiently, while supporting the team and providing product knowledge to guests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of guest service and stock experience.
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to collaborate, identify opportunities, and take initiative.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling; frequent ladder climbing; and routine standing for shifts of up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Process store merchandise for the selling floor, replenish floor inventory, and provide product knowledge to guests.
• Partner with the Stock Coordinator to support daily stock room operations and maintain neat, orderly, accessible storage and shipping supply areas.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and promptly in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Participate in store-related meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory inquiries and discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as required to support the business.
